Senior Marketing Analyst

The ideal candidate will possess strong quantitative skills, expertise in data visualization tools, and a deep understanding of marketing principles. You will collaborate closely with the marketing, sales, and product development teams to optimize campaigns and inform strategic decisions.
Key Responsibilities: Analyze marketing campaign performance across various channels (digital, traditional, social media) to measure ROI and identify areas for improvement. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key marketing KPIs. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities. Analyze customer segmentation, behavior, and lifetime value to inform targeted marketing efforts. Perform A/B testing and other experimental designs to optimize marketing initiatives. Translate complex data into clear, concise, and actionable insights for stakeholders. Collaborate with marketing teams to set campaign objectives and measure success. Utilize statistical analysis and modeling techniques to forecast market trends and campaign outcomes. Provide recommendations for marketing budget allocation and strategy adjustments. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices in marketing analytics and data science. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Statistics, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related quantitative field. 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics or a similar analytical role. Proven experience with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Strong proficiency in statistical analysis and data modeling. Excellent understanding of marketing principles and campaign execution. Advanced Excel skills. Experience with SQL is highly desirable. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
