This is an on-site position critical for driving online sales growth and optimizing customer acquisition strategies. You will be responsible for the planning, execution, and optimization of all paid digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, social media advertising (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.), and affiliate marketing. Your core objective will be to achieve aggressive ROI targets by leveraging data-driven insights to refine targeting, bidding strategies, and creative execution. This role requires a deep understanding of e-commerce best practices, customer journey mapping, and conversion rate optimization (CRO). You will manage significant advertising budgets, continuously analyzing campaign performance to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Responsibilities include developing comprehensive campaign strategies, conducting A/B testing on ad copy and landing pages, and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior leadership. You will also stay ahead of emerging trends in digital advertising and e-commerce, recommending innovative approaches to maintain a competitive edge. Collaboration with content, design, and merchandising teams will be essential to ensure cohesive brand messaging and effective campaign asset development. The ideal candidate possesses a strong analytical mindset, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and a proven history of successfully scaling e-commerce businesses through paid media.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive performance advertising strategies to drive e-commerce sales and customer acquisition. Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, social media platforms, and other relevant channels. Oversee significant advertising budgets, ensuring maximum ROI and efficient spend. Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign performance, identifying trends, insights, and actionable recommendations. Implement A/B testing for ad creatives, targeting, and landing pages to improve conversion rates. Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop compelling ad copy and visual assets. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities. Report on key performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, CAC, LTV) to stakeholders. Optimize customer acquisition funnels and improve customer lifetime value. Work closely with the e-commerce team to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, specifically within e-commerce. Demonstrated expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other major ad platforms. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights. Proven track record of managing large advertising budgets and achieving aggressive KPIs. Experience with A/B testing methodologies and CRO strategies. Excellent understanding of the e-commerce customer journey and conversion optimization. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics. Experience with affiliate marketing and programmatic advertising is a plus.
