Our client, a dynamic and rapidly growing e-commerce platform, is seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead their performance marketing initiatives. This remote position will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing comprehensive digital advertising strategies across various paid channels, including search (SEM), social media, display advertising, and affiliate marketing. You will focus on driving qualified traffic, maximizing conversion rates, and achieving aggressive ROI targets. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, a proven track record of managing significant ad budgets, and exceptional analytical skills.

You will manage and execute paid media campaigns, conduct A/B testing, analyze campaign performance data, and provide actionable insights to optimize spend and improve results. This role requires a strategic thinker who can identify new growth opportunities, leverage emerging platforms, and stay ahead of industry trends. Collaboration with content, SEO, and creative teams is essential to ensure campaign alignment and maximize overall marketing effectiveness. You will be responsible for reporting on key performance metrics to senior management, demonstrating the impact of digital marketing efforts on business objectives. Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies across SEM, social media advertising, display, and other paid channels. Manage significant advertising budgets, ensuring optimal allocation across platforms to maximize ROI. Conduct in-depth performance analysis, identify key trends, and provide actionable insights for campaign optimization. Implement A/B testing for ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting parameters to continuously improve campaign effectiveness. Manage and grow affiliate marketing programs. Collaborate with SEO and content marketing teams to ensure cohesive digital marketing efforts. Monitor industry trends, platform updates, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities. Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics and strategic recommendations. Stay up-to-date with the latest digital advertising technologies and best practices. Mentor junior members of the digital marketing team. Qualifications: Minimum of 6 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on performance marketing and paid media management. Proven experience managing large ad budgets and driving measurable results (ROAS, CPA, LTV). In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and other major advertising platforms. Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and data visualization tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience with affiliate marketing platforms is a plus. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
