Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement integrated digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals, covering SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and affiliate marketing. Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media networks to maximize ROI. Oversee social media strategy, content creation, community engagement, and platform management. Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, A/B testing, and performance analysis. Drive organic growth through SEO best practices, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and link building. Create compelling and engaging content for various digital channels, ensuring brand consistency. Analyze website traffic and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Stay abreast of the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies, and recommend adoption of new strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, sales, and product development, to ensure cohesive marketing efforts. Manage digital marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively. Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to optimize conversion rates and user experience. Generate regular reports on digital marketing performance, key metrics, and campaign outcomes. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in developing and executing successful digital marketing strategies. Proven expertise in SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, and email marketing. Strong understanding of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and experience in interpreting data to drive decisions. Proficiency in managing paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.). Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for compelling storytelling. Experience with marketing automation platforms is a plus. Strong project management and organizational skills. Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a remote setting. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. Experience in team leadership or managing external agencies is beneficial.
