Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive e-commerce marketing strategy aligned with business objectives. Lead and mentor a team of marketing specialists, fostering a culture of innovation and high performance. Oversee all paid advertising campaigns, including SEM, social media ads, and display advertising, optimizing for ROI and CPA. Drive SEO strategy to improve organic search visibility and traffic, ensuring alignment with content creation efforts. Develop and execute a compelling content marketing strategy, including blog posts, website copy, email campaigns, and social media content. Manage the email marketing program, focusing on list growth, segmentation, and campaign effectiveness. Analyze website performance, customer behavior, and market trends using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) to identify growth opportunities. Conduct A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives across the website and marketing funnels. Collaborate with the product and web development teams to ensure a seamless user experience and effective implementation of marketing initiatives. Manage the e-commerce marketing budget, allocating resources effectively and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs). Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to maintain a strategic advantage. Develop and execute influencer marketing and affiliate marketing programs. Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or Master's degree is a plus. 7+ years of experience in e-commerce marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role. Proven track record of successfully developing and executing data-driven marketing strategies that resulted in significant sales growth. Extensive experience with SEO, SEM, paid social media advertising, email marketing, and content marketing. Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and marketing automation platforms. Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento) and conversion rate optimization techniques. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. Experience managing significant marketing budgets and demonstrating ROI. Ability to think strategically and execute tactically in a fast-paced, remote environment. Creative mindset with a strong analytical capability.
