Responsibilities

Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored to client objectives, target audiences, and market trends. Oversee the planning, implementation, and optimization of integrated digital campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, and display advertising. Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and audience segmentation to identify growth opportunities. Manage and mentor a team of digital marketing specialists, providing guidance, feedback, and professional development. Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools, interpreting data to provide actionable insights and drive continuous improvement. Collaborate closely with design, development, and content teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution. Stay abreast of the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices, advising clients and internal teams accordingly. Manage client relationships, presenting strategies, reporting on results, and ensuring client satisfaction. Develop and manage digital marketing budgets, ensuring maximum ROI. Identify and test new digital marketing channels and tactics to drive innovation. Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus. A minimum of 6 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership or strategic role. Demonstrated success in developing and executing impactful digital marketing campaigns that achieve measurable results. Expertise across various digital marketing disciplines, including SEO, SEM, social media, content strategy, and email marketing. Proficiency with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEMrush, HubSpot). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and team members. Proven ability to lead and inspire a team. Creative thinking and a passion for innovation in digital marketing. Experience working in an agency environment is highly preferred.
