Our client is a rapidly growing e-commerce business looking for a creative and results-oriented E-commerce Marketing Specialist to drive online sales and enhance brand presence. This is a fully remote position, offering the opportunity to shape digital marketing strategies from anywhere. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and paid advertising. The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of e-commerce best practices, data analysis, and a passion for digital trends. You will work closely with the marketing team to optimize website performance, improve customer engagement, and achieve ambitious sales targets. Responsibilities include managing social media content, crafting compelling email campaigns, conducting keyword research, analyzing campaign performance, and staying updated on the latest digital marketing tools and techniques. We are looking for a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a proven ability to drive measurable results in an online environment.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns to drive e-commerce sales and customer acquisition. Manage and grow social media channels, creating engaging content and fostering community interaction. Plan and implement email marketing strategies, including list segmentation, campaign automation, and performance analysis. Optimize website content and structure for search engines (SEO) to improve organic visibility. Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Social Media Ads). Analyze marketing campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and provide regular reports with actionable insights. Collaborate with web development and design teams to improve user experience and conversion rates. Stay current with e-commerce trends, digital marketing best practices, and emerging technologies. Manage online brand reputation and respond to customer inquiries and reviews. Contribute to A/B testing initiatives to optimize marketing efforts. Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in e-commerce marketing or digital marketing. Proven experience with social media marketing, email marketing, SEO, and SEM. Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media advertising platforms. Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce). Excellent copywriting, editing, and communication skills. Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a remote setting. Creative thinking and a passion for digital marketing. The job is located in Cincinnati, Ohio, US .
