Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement integrated e-commerce marketing strategies to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue. Manage and optimize paid search (PPC), social media advertising, and display advertising campaigns. Oversee social media strategy, content creation, and community engagement to build brand awareness and customer loyalty. Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and visibility. Create and manage compelling marketing content across various digital platforms, including website copy, blog posts, email newsletters, and promotional materials. Analyze website traffic, sales data, and marketing campaign performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to identify trends and opportunities. Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive repeat purchases. Collaborate with product, sales, and design teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and customer experience. Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to identify new marketing opportunities. Manage the e-commerce marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources. Stay abreast of the latest digital marketing tools, technologies, and best practices. Manage A/B testing initiatives to continuously improve website performance and campaign effectiveness. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in e-commerce marketing, with a proven track record of driving online sales growth. Demonstrated expertise in SEO, SEM, PPC advertising, social media marketing, and email marketing. Proficiency with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento) and digital marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics). Strong understanding of customer segmentation, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and user experience (UX) principles. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for creating engaging content. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Experience managing remote teams and working effectively in a virtual environment. Creative thinking and a passion for digital innovation. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
