Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive, data-driven digital marketing strategies tailored to client objectives and target audiences. Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing specialists across various disciplines (SEO, SEM, social media, content, email). Oversee the execution of digital marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and brand messaging. Analyze campaign performance using various analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimization. Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and audience segmentation to identify opportunities and inform strategic planning. Manage client relationships, acting as a key point of contact and trusted advisor for their digital marketing needs. Collaborate with creative, web development, and other agency teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution. Stay current with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, platform updates, and best practices. Manage budgets effectively, allocating resources to maximize ROI for client campaigns. Develop and present strategic plans, performance reports, and program recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders. Identify and evaluate new digital marketing technologies and opportunities for innovation. Ensure all digital marketing activities comply with relevant regulations and industry standards. Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the digital marketing team. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field; MBA or Master's degree preferred. Minimum of 8 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 3 years in a strategic leadership or management role. Proven track record of developing and executing successful integrated digital marketing campaigns that deliver measurable results. In-depth knowledge of SEO, SEM (Google Ads, Bing Ads), social media marketing (organic and paid), content marketing, email marketing, and affiliate marketing. Proficiency with digital marketing analytics platforms (Google Analytics, etc.), CRM systems, and marketing automation tools. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills. Experience managing client relationships and delivering exceptional service. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic agency environment.
