This role, based in Atlanta, Georgia, US , will be responsible for developing and executing cutting-edge digital marketing campaigns that drive online sales, brand awareness, and customer engagement across social media platforms and e-commerce channels.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies focused on e-commerce growth and social media engagement. Manage and optimize paid social media advertising campaigns (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest) to achieve target KPIs, including ROAS, CPA, and conversion rates. Oversee organic social media content strategy, planning, and calendar execution, ensuring brand consistency and community growth. Create compelling ad copy, social media posts, and visual content that resonates with target audiences. Analyze website traffic, sales data, and customer behavior to identify trends and opportunities for optimization. Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, automation, and A/B testing. Collaborate with creative teams, web developers, and product teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and user experience across all digital touchpoints. Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to inform strategy and maintain a competitive edge. Track, measure, and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, providing actionable insights and recommendations. Manage the digital marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to maximize ROI.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on e-commerce and social media management. Proven experience managing successful paid social media campaigns across major platforms. Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, platform-specific insights). Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and email marketing best practices. Excellent copywriting and content creation skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies. Creative thinking and a passion for staying up-to-date with digital marketing trends. Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, BigCommerce) is a plus. Strong project management and organizational skills.
