Responsibilities: Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies to drive e-commerce sales. Manage and optimize Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM) campaigns. Oversee social media marketing initiatives and community engagement. Implement and manage email marketing campaigns and automation workflows. Create and curate engaging content for various digital channels. Analyze website traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance using analytics tools. Identify opportunities for conversion rate optimization (CRO) and A/B testing. Manage digital advertising budgets and allocate resources effectively. Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business goals. Report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights. Monitor competitor activities and market trends in the e-commerce space. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. Minimum of 4 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on e-commerce. Proven experience with SEO, SEM (Google Ads, Bing Ads), social media advertising, and email marketing platforms. Proficiency in using web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics). Demonstrated success in driving online sales and customer acquisition. Strong understanding of A/B testing and conversion rate optimization techniques. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience with content management systems (CMS) and e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento).
