Our client, a rapidly growing e-commerce company based in San Diego, California, US , is seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with expertise in SEO and SEM to join their innovative marketing team. This role is fully remote, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere within the US. You will be instrumental in driving online visibility, acquiring new customers, and maximizing return on investment for digital advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of developing and executing successful SEO and SEM strategies, coupled with a strong analytical mindset and creative flair.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic. Conduct keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO audits, and link-building campaigns. Manage and optimize SEM campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other paid search platforms. Develop compelling ad copy, landing page strategies, and A/B test different campaign elements. Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics (e.g., CTR, CPC, Conversion Rate), and provide regular reports. Identify new opportunities for audience targeting, keyword expansion, and campaign improvement. Collaborate with content creators, web developers, and designers to ensure alignment with digital marketing goals. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO, SEM, and digital marketing. Analyze website data using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush to derive actionable insights. Manage and optimize social media advertising campaigns (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads). Contribute to the overall digital marketing strategy and budget allocation.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on SEO and SEM. Proven success in developing and managing SEO strategies that have increased organic traffic and rankings. Hands-on experience managing paid search campaigns with significant budgets and achieving target ROAS. Proficiency with SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs) and Google Analytics. Experience with Google Ads Editor and other ad management platforms. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data to make informed decisions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging ad copy. Creative thinking and a passion for finding innovative digital marketing solutions. Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a remote environment. Experience with social media advertising and email marketing is a plus.
