Our client is seeking a dynamic and data-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online presence and drive customer acquisition strategies. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to contribute your expertise from anywhere in the US. The ideal candidate will have a proven history of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, with a strong focus on performance metrics and ROI. You will be responsible for managing SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content strategy to achieve aggressive growth targets. This role requires a deep understanding of digital analytics, market trends, and the ability to translate insights into actionable plans.

Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, leads, and sales. Oversee and optimize Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM) campaigns. Manage and grow our social media presence across relevant platforms, including content creation and community engagement. Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retain customers. Create and manage compelling content strategies, including blog posts, website copy, and marketing collateral. Analyze campaign performance using web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and provide regular reports with actionable insights. Identify new digital marketing opportunities and emerging trends to stay ahead of the competition. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, product) to ensure marketing efforts align with overall business objectives. Manage the digital marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI. Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to continuously improve campaign performance. Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing best practices, tools, and technologies. Manage external agencies or freelancers as needed to support marketing initiatives. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong emphasis on performance marketing and growth hacking. Proven success in developing and executing SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing campaigns. Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other relevant marketing platforms. Strong understanding of content marketing principles and best practices. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into strategic recommendations. Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) is a plus. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a remote setting. Creative thinking and a passion for driving measurable results. Experience working in a fully remote environment is preferred.
