Our client is seeking an innovative and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead their online marketing strategies in Boise, Idaho, US . The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, and email marketing. You will be responsible for analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities, and optimizing campaigns to maximize ROI. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and creative services, to ensure cohesive brand messaging and successful campaign execution. Responsibilities include:Developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. Managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads). Implementing SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and website traffic. Developing and executing content marketing plans, including blog posts, whitepapers, and case studies. Managing social media presence across various platforms and engaging with the online community. Developing and executing email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retain customers. Analyzing website traffic and campaign performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics). Identifying key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting on campaign results to stakeholders. Collaborating with the creative team to develop engaging marketing assets. Staying up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices. Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of successful campaign management. Proficiency in SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, and email marketing. Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems. Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization. Strong understanding of current digital marketing trends and technologies. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
