Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement integrated digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, search engines, and display advertising. Manage and grow our social media presence across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok. Create engaging and high-quality content, including blog posts, website copy, social media updates, press releases, and video scripts. Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities. Manage the organization's website content, ensuring it is up-to-date, SEO-optimized, and user-friendly. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., creative, product) to ensure brand consistency and alignment of messaging. Assist in developing and executing public relations strategies, including media outreach and crisis communication. Manage email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, campaign creation, and performance tracking. Stay abreast of the latest digital marketing tools, techniques, and best practices. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, content creation, or communications. Proven experience developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns with measurable results. Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights). Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong command of grammar and an engaging writing style. Experience with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress and SEO best practices. Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact). Creative mindset with an eye for design and visual aesthetics. Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a remote environment. Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making. Experience in the media or entertainment industry is a plus.
