Oregon Licensed Lead UM Coordinator

A company is looking for a Lead Utilization Management Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

Provide leadership and mentorship to UM team members and oversee complex workflows

Support behavioral health authorization processes and collaborate with licensed clinical reviewers on UM cases

Participate in quality assurance activities and assist in developing UM policies and procedures

Required Qualifications

Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, behavioral health, or a related field

Active Oregon clinical licensure (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT) in good standing

Five years of experience in behavioral health utilization management review

Experience providing leadership, guidance, or mentorship to staff

Strong knowledge of Oregon Medicaid, OHP benefits, and behavioral health clinical practices
