The Technical Marketing Operations Manager will own the systems and processes powering marketing campaigns to accelerate revenue growth. Responsibilities include serving as the operational backbone for 20+ demand generation marketers, optimizing lead ingestion, enrichment, routing, and lifecycle management, championing marketing ops best practices, partnering cross-functionally with sales, engineering, analytics, and brand, managing day-to-day campaign execution and scaling campaign operations, translating campaign requirements into scalable workflows, building infrastructure for campaign performance monitoring and insights, and acting as the expert for tools like Marketo/Hubspot and Salesforce. Technical duties involve designing and maintaining ETL pipelines using SQL, Python, building automations and integrations across MarTech tools, managing workflows for webinars and demos, and monitoring lead flow and pipeline health using BI tools. Candidates should have 4+ years in Marketing, Sales, or Revenue Operations in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment, hands-on experience with Marketo or HubSpot and Salesforce, expertise in marketing infrastructure and automation platforms, advanced SQL and Python skills, a process-oriented mindset, excellent communication skills, and an entrepreneurial mentality.
