- *About the Role**
We are looking for a dynamic and versatile Digital Marketing & Web Strategy Specialist to lead our marketing and website initiatives. This is a hands-on role for someone who can own strategy, create compelling content, optimize our digital presence, and help position our products in the market. You’ll be expected to bring fresh ideas, execute quickly, and deliver measurable impact.
- *Key Responsibilities**
- **Website Ownership**: Manage, update, and enhance the company website (WordPress), driving overall web strategy and user experience.
- **Content Creation**: Produce high-quality marketing assets including case studies, blog posts, website copy, and sales/marketing videos.
- **Video & Social Media**: Create YouTube content (shooting, editing, uploading) and engage with TikTok and other social media platforms.
- **AI Tools**: Leverage emerging AI tools for video generation, content creation, and marketing automation.
- **Product Marketing**: Communicate the vision and benefits of product releases to sales teams and external audiences.
- **Market Research**: Conduct research via surveys, focus groups, interviews, and sales data; monitor competitor pricing, content, and strategy.
- **Analytics**: Manage Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to track performance, optimize user journeys, and deliver data-driven insights.
- **Customer Journey**: Design and refine user journeys across the website to meet KPIs and improve engagement.
- **Web Development Coordination**: Partner with IT, internal resources, and external agencies to deliver website and CMS improvements.
- **Stakeholder Management**: Act as the primary liaison between IT and marketing teams, ensuring alignment on projects and priorities.
- **Governance & Automation**: Establish website/CMS governance processes and manage marketing automation tools.

- A proactive problem-solver who can **hit the ground running -**bringing ideas forward, prioritizing the best ones, and executing with speed.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, website management (WordPress), and content creation.
- Strong video production and editing skills (YouTube experience a plus).
- Solid understanding of social platforms (TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.) and their role in brand growth.
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and marketing automation tools.
- Ability to analyze data, identify insights, and translate them into actionable strategies.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to position products effectively to both internal and external audiences.
