Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Digital Marketing Coordinator to support our e-commerce and B2B marketing efforts. This role focuses on website updates, digital campaigns, and supporting both online sales and B2B customer engagement. The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with digital marketing campaigns (email, social media, website updates)
  • Update and manage website content, product pages, banners, and promotions
  • Support e-commerce campaigns (product launches, promotions, seasonal sales)
  • Assist with B2B marketing materials (email campaigns, landing pages, catalogs)
  • Coordinate email marketing for retail and B2B customers
  • Manage and schedule social media and digital content
  • Assist with SEO optimization and basic keyword updates
  • Track website traffic, campaign performance, and sales metrics
  • Coordinate with sales, purchasing, and design teams
  • Ensure brand consistency across e-commerce and B2B channels

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or related field
  • Experience with website CMS platforms (Shopify, WordPress, or similar)
  • Basic understanding of e-commerce workflows and online merchandising
  • Familiarity with email marketing and analytics tools
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

Preferred (Nice to Have)

  • Email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot)
  • Basic graphic design or content creation skills
  • Experience with paid ads (Google Ads, social media ads)
  • B2B or wholesale marketing experience
  • Product data or inventory-related website updates
  • Basic graphic design or content creation skills
  • Experience working with sales teams or distributors

Pay: $49,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
