Job Description

Due to an internal promotion, we have a rare opportunity to join our Marketing team as an Administrative Assistant, supporting our Chief Marketing Officer. This is an amazing opportunity for someone early in their Marketing career as you will get exposure to all aspects of our Marketing organization.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

This role provides a broad variety of administrative and staff support services for our Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). Some of the primary duties will include managing complex calendars/scheduling, overseeing expense reports, coordinating meetings and taking meeting notes, assisting with setting-up conferences, helping with travel arrangements, composing correspondence for the broader Marketing team and other responsibilities, as needed.

PREFERRED SKILLS/

EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or equivalent, Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field is preferred
Typically five or more years of experience in administrative and support staff activities or Marketing experience
Well-developed reading, writing and mathematical skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
Demonstrated administrative and clerical skills
Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to interpret data
Effective verbal and written communication and grammatical skills
Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft products and AI
Well-developed ability to organize and prioritize tasks
The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there is an in-office expectation of 3 days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days
