Social Content & Distribution Assistant

Overview

I’m the founder of Be a Good Human—author of 20+ books and creator of screen-free products focused on nature, outdoors, and intentional living. I’m looking for a Content & Distribution Assistant to help repurpose and distribute short-form video content across platforms, with a strong focus on Pinterest. This role is about systems and consistency, not trend-chasing or heavy content creation.

What You’ll Do

Repurpose my short videos across

Instagram Reels

Facebook

Pinterest (high priority)

YouTube Shorts

Write light captions and hooks

Schedule and organize content

Occasionally support product or brand posts

This Role Is NOT

Trend chasing or viral strategy

Heavy original content creation

Community management or DMs

You’re a Good Fit If

You have experience repurposing short-form video

You’re comfortable with (or excited to learn) Pinterest

You’re organized, reliable, and proactive

You enjoy working with values-driven, founder-led brands
