Remote Sales Specialist for Digital Marketing Agency (Must Have Perfect English)

I am looking for a sales person to search for leads and also take lead calls for a new offering our agency is starting for smaller companies and contractors. We normally deal with larger clients but this new offering will be aimed providing help to smaller clients to help them scale and eventually charge them more later.

You will be paid hourly PLUS a commission for every sale

Our target clients are Contractors (epoxy, construction, landscaping, etc) and small to medium sized construction companies.

We have a very ridiculously good offer, $297 for

• Professional website build out or optimization of current website (SEO & conversion optimized)

As you can see the value we are offering for only $297 is insanely good, $297 for a website alone is a great deal - not to mention the leads and all the automations.

The goal is to basically give them all this for free the first month (we are just covering our costs) and then once its set up we will then scale their leads to 10+ a month for $597 from month 2 on. We host their website and do all maintenance.

If they don’t like it after the first month they can cancel no problem, it’s really a no brainer for a sales person and the customer. We are offering much more than we should, but we will earn their business and upsell afterwards.

The majority of our clients will be contractors advertising on facebook marketplace, Craigslist, Angi’s List, Thumbtack, etc. Many of these people are a one man shop or a very small company. Many don’t already have a website or if they do it doesn’t have any systems in place like lead tracking, automations, etc. All the leads on Thumbtack and Angi’s list are shared with 3-5 contractors at a time so they are always competing on price and losing leads that they paid for. We offer exclusive leads and make them the authority in their area.

Your job would be to be to be messaging and calling people on thumbtack, facebook marketplace, Craigslist, etc. I will also be advertising so people will be scheduling call times and I will also be giving you hot leads every week as well.

Therefore I will be paying an hourly salary PLUS a commission per sale. You will work about 4 hours a day during the week in the beginning until you get the sales process down, then we can scale to as many hours a week as you want
