🎙 Podcast Growth Specialist (Part-Time / Contract)
Remote | Flexible Hours
We’re looking for a content-savvy, growth-minded Podcast Growth Specialist to help us take our show viral, grow our listener base, and position us for monetization across platforms. This role is all about strategic visibility — turning great content into explosive audience growth on TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts, while driving toward long-term monetization and brand partnerships.
Important note: We already have a podcast producer and editor — your focus will be purely on growth, engagement, visibility, and monetization strategy.
What You’ll Do
- Repurpose podcast episodes into high-performing short-form video content for TikTok, IG Reels, and YouTube Shorts
- Write SEO-optimized captions, hashtags, and CTAs that drive shares, clicks, and subscriptions
- Strategically tap into trending audio, formats, and conversations to boost discoverability and virality
- Develop and execute a content-led growth roadmap with clear KPIs
- Increase visibility and audience size with the long-term goal of sponsorships, affiliate revenue, and platform monetization (YouTube, TikTok Creator Fund, etc.)
- Implement backlinking, tagging, and cross-platform optimization strategies to improve podcast SEO and traffic
- Monitor performance metrics and continuously test new formats for higher engagement and reach
- Collaborate with the producer to time episode clips with launches, themes, and guest features with high viral/monetization potential
You Might Be a Fit If You
- Have grown a podcast, creator brand, or media account using content strategy and short-form video
- Have helped creators go viral and convert growth into monetization (sponsors, affiliate links, creator funds, etc.)
- Know what it takes to reach thresholds for monetization on TikTok and YouTube
- Are confident editing for impact using CapCut, Descript, Canva, or similar
- Are skilled in SEO, platform analytics, and creating content loops that drive views and subscriptions
- Are organized, creative, proactive, and hungry to make a show blow up
Bonus: Experience building influencer campaigns or helping creators land brand deals
