Paid Media / Performance Marketing Operator (Google + Meta) - Contract to Hire

Job Overview

We are a fast-growing wellness technology company selling high-ticket physical products (hardware + accessories). We are looking for a senior paid media operator to manage, optimize, and scale performance across:

Google Ads

Facebook Ads

This role is about performance and efficiency, not vanity metrics.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Manage and optimize Google Search, Shopping, and Retargeting

Manage Meta (Facebook + Instagram) paid campaigns

Build and maintain retargeting funnels

Optimize for high-ticket conversion paths

Work with longer consideration cycles

Coordinate with our CRM / HubSpot systems (leads, post-click behavior)

Monitor ad quality to reduce refund and chargeback risk

Report on ROAS, CAC, and spend efficiency (not impressions)

REQUIRED Experience (Non-Negotiable)

You must have

3–7+ years managing paid ads professionally

Proven experience with high-ticket products ($2k–$15k+)

Managed $5k–$50k+ monthly ad spend

Experience with eCommerce + financing options (Affirm, Klarna, etc.)

Comfort navigating compliance in wellness / health-adjacent industries

Ability to explain why campaigns work, not just run them

If your background is mostly dropshipping, this is not the role.

Influencer outreach

Content creation

Branding-only work

This is a performance operator role.

Engagement Details

Start: Immediate

Hours: Less than 30 hrs/week

Structure: Ongoing if performance is strong

Budget: Senior-level market rates
