PAID ADS STRATEGIST (BRASIL) – META ADS & DIGITAL PRODUCT LAUNCH (Br Portuguese essential)

SUMMARY

We’ve recently launched a small, pre-revenue business creating psychology-informed content for young adults in Brasil and the UK (@malugo.amor). Our team brings strong in-house expertise in psychology, philosophy and design.

We’re preparing to launch our first digital products in Brasil (journals, worksheets, reflection tools). These products are fast for us to build, but we want to validate demand first — properly and with data — before finalising them.

We’re looking for an experienced Paid Ads Strategist to lead this full journey: validation, pre-launch, launch and early optimisation. We’re a creative-led team, so we need someone who brings the numbers, structure and clear thinking, and can guide us through the ads side with confidence.

ABOUT THE ROLE

This role is about owning the full paid growth and validation process for 2–3 initial products in Brasil.

You will

→ design the roadmap to launch

→ build the validation and testing plan

→ run the Meta/Instagram ads

→ shape and test the landing pages and funnel

→ read the data and tell us what it means in practical terms

You’ll be the ads and funnel specialist in a small creative team, creating a process we can follow and repeat.

For these first launches, we expect around 8–12 hours per week in the first month, then fewer hours as things stabilise — but we’re open to your view on what’s realistic.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

→ Design a clear validation + pre-launch + launch plan for our first products in Brasil

→ Set up, run and optimise Meta/Instagram campaigns (validation → launch → early scale)

→ Work closely with our team to define and refine creatives (angles, hooks, formats), so they’re suitable for ads

→ Plan, set up and test landing pages and basic funnels (e.g. tracking, layout, messaging, CTAs)

→ Ensure tracking is correctly configured (pixels/events, basic analytics) so we can trust the numbers

→ Build an audience testing structure and propose creative variants + KPIs

→ Track performance and interpret key metrics (CPC, CTR, CPM, conversion, ROAS, breakeven)

→ Advise on realistic budget, testing phases and timelines to reach profitability

→ Help us decide when to scale, when to adjust the offer/positioning, and when to pause or rethink

Experience in personal development, wellness, psychology or other insight-led digital products (journals, courses, tools, information products) is a strong advantage.

WHO YOU ARE

→ Strong, proven experience with Meta/Instagram ads in Brasil

→ Clear numerical track record: you can show concrete results, not just say you “managed campaigns”

→ Very comfortable with data, testing and quick interpretation of performance

→ Able to design strategy and funnel structure from the ground up and guide a team through it

→ Happy to collaborate with creatives to get the right assets for testing

→ Calm, clear communicator who works well with a small, artistic team with little ads experience

→ Native-level Portuguese and good English
