About Dartee Golf

Dartee Golf is a rapidly growing premium golf apparel and accessories brand based in the Charleston, South Carolina Lowcountry. We design high-quality products for golfers who value performance, craftsmanship, and timeless style.

We’ve experienced strong year-over-year growth and have already invested heavily in building a solid email and SMS foundation. Our previous Klaviyo expert helped establish core flows and infrastructure, and we’re now looking for the next expert to take the baton and help scale, optimize, and evolve the platform as the brand continues to grow.

This is a major growth opportunity to step into an established system and meaningfully increase revenue through smarter strategy, optimization, and execution.

The Opportunity

Klaviyo is fully implemented

Core email and SMS flows are live

Shopify is well integrated

Customer data and segmentation already exist

We’re looking for someone who can audit what’s in place, identify gaps and opportunities, and build upon the existing foundation to drive higher engagement, retention, and revenue.

Responsibilities

Audit and optimize existing email and SMS flows, including:

Welcome

Abandoned Cart / Browse

Post-Purchase & Cross-Sell

Winback & Re-Engagement

VIP / Loyalty

Improve segmentation and personalization to increase LTV and repeat purchases

Plan and execute ongoing campaign calendars aligned with product drops and promotions

Optimize copy, creative structure, timing, and cadence for a premium golf lifestyle brand

Monitor performance metrics and continuously test and iterate

Maintain best practices for deliverability and list health

Collaborate directly with the founder and marketing team on growth initiatives

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience managing and scaling Klaviyo for Shopify brands

Strong understanding of email + SMS lifecycle marketing

Comfortable auditing and improving an existing system

Strategic thinker who can identify revenue opportunities beyond basic flows

Reliable, proactive, and ownership-driven

Bonus: Experience in apparel, lifestyle, premium brands, or golf
