We’re building an organic Facebook Groups marketing engine focused on partnership and growth opportunities with service-based business owners (HVAC, roofing, plumbing, electrical, insulation, landscaping, pool cleaning, etc.).

We recently reviewed a proven system that generates consistent inbound leads by:

Posting value-driven, rule-compliant content in local and industry Facebook groups

Tracking each group’s rules carefully

Using “community-first” language with a soft hook (not spam)

Driving high-quality conversations via comments and DMs

We want to build our own version of this system in-house, own the process, and eventually scale it across markets and portfolio companies.

Your Role (High-Level)

You will design and manage the Facebook Groups marketing system, not just post randomly.

Initially, our internal project manager will handle day-to-day posting. Your job is to build the framework, templates, tracking, and guardrails so this can scale safely and predictably.

Core Responsibilities

Research and compile targeted local + industry Facebook groups for business owners

Organize and maintain a Group Tracking system, including:

Group rules

Posting frequency limits

Allowed CTAs (comment / DM / link / none)

Create post templates and hooks that are

Community-friendly

Family-safe

Non-promotional in tone

Designed to spark comments and DMs

Define and document a posting cadence, including

Up to ~200 groups per account (over time)

Multiple posts per day across groups (rotated, not duplicated)

Build DM and comment response workflows for new prospects

Establish account safety & compliance rules (to avoid bans or throttling)

Help polish our company Facebook presence so it looks credible and active

Review performance weekly and iterate based on engagement + lead quality

What We’re NOT Looking For

Paid ads buyers

Social media schedulers

People who only manage brand pages

Spammy group posters

We want someone who understands how Facebook groups actually work and how to drive results without getting flagged.

Experience Required

Proven experience using Facebook Groups for organic lead generation

Strong understanding of

Group moderation dynamics

Rule-based posting

Account warm-up and posting limits

Clear written communication

US-based (this matters for tone and trust)

Bonus (not required)

Experience marketing to service businesses

Experience managing VAs or junior posters

Experience building SOPs or internal systems

KPIs We Care About

A repeatable system that can scale to multiple accounts and markets
