Amazon PPC Specialist – Profit-Focused (Small Account, Serious Growth)

I’m looking for an experienced Amazon PPC specialist to take over and efficiently scale ads for a hair growth / scalp care serum brand on Amazon.

This is not a new product. We already have consistent daily sales, historical PPC data, and past proof of scale. About two years ago, this same serum was doing 15–20 orders per day, so demand exists. The current issue is inefficient PPC structure and weak scaling, and traffic.

At the moment, we average approximately 45–70 sessions per day with 1–2 orders per day, which indicates conversion and keyword targeting need improvement. I am not looking to blindly increase spend. The goal is to grow sales profitably and consistently.

What I’m looking for

• Someone who personally manages Amazon PPC (no agencies)
• Experience with beauty, hair care, or supplement-like consumer products is a strong plus
• Deep understanding of:
• campaign restructuring and consolidation
• search term mining and negative keywords
• scaling exact and phrase winners
• Comfortable working with lean budgets and growing them with data
• Able to clearly explain decisions and next steps

Responsibilities

• Audit and restructure current Amazon PPC campaigns
• Reduce wasted spend and improve keyword efficiency
• Help improve conversion through better targeting and listing alignment recommendations
• Provide simple weekly updates with clear explanations (not generic reports)

Expectations

• This will start as a 30-day paid trial
• Continued work is based on measurable improvement, such as:
• improved conversion rate
• increased orders at similar or lower spend
• clearer PPC structure that supports scale
