Amazon FBA Expert Needed – Build & Fully Automate Store (Profit Share Partnership)

Job Description

We are looking for a highly experienced Amazon FBA professional to build, manage, and fully automate a brand-new Amazon FBA business from A–Z.

This is not an hourly or fixed-price role. This is a long-term partnership compensated through a percentage of net monthly profits generated by the store.

You will have full operational ownership and the freedom to implement your proven Amazon system.

Responsibilities

Set up and configure a new Amazon Seller Central account

Conduct in-depth product research (Private Label, Wholesale, or OA – your proven model)

Source and negotiate with reliable suppliers

Create and optimize high-converting product listings

Manage inventory, logistics, and FBA shipments

Launch and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns

Maintain account health & policy compliance

Build SOPs, automation systems, and VA workflows

Provide monthly performance & profit reports

Scale the store into a hands-off, automated asset

Compensation & Partnership

Payment: Percentage of net monthly profit

Structure: Long-term revenue-share partnership

No upfront fees

Profit split based on experience and past results

Requirements

Proven Amazon FBA experience (real results required)

Demonstrated success managing profitable Amazon stores

Strong knowledge of Amazon policies & risk management

Experience with automation, SOPs, and scaling

Transparent, communicative, and results-focused

Looking for a long-term partnership, not a short-term contract
