Position Overview

We’re looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Specialist who can take ownership of all paid media initiatives for our online store. If you’ve previously managed multi-million-dollar Google Ads budgets for high-growth companies and want to bring your expertise to an ambitious organization expanding internationally, we invite you to join us.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Run campaigns on Google, Meta, Bing, YouTube, and other platforms
  • Set up regular, seasonal, and promotional campaigns
  • Perform daily/weekly optimizations and A/B tests
  • Report on ROAS, CPC, CTR, CPA, conversions, and budget
  • Recommend strategy to improve performance and move slow-moving stock
  • Ensure tracking setup is correct (pixels, tags, analytics)

What You Bring

  • Proven previous experience of at least 5 years managing paid ads on Google, Meta, Bing, and/or YouTube.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and adept at handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in a similar industry such as e-commerce, retail, industrial equipment, or high-SKU product environments is a strong plus.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn complex data into clear insights and actions
  • Paid advertising experience on Google and other social media platforms, particularly managing high-budget daily campaigns, will be considered an asset.

Work Hours: Monday to Friday | 8:30 am-5:00 pm | Onsite

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
