**Position Title: Digital Content Coordinator**

  • *Manager**:Tatiana Goertzen, Acting Director of Communications
  • *Hours**:Full-time, Term, 40 hrs/week
  • *Location**:Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada
  • *Projected Start Date**:January 8, 2025

We are looking for an experienced and creative Digital Content Coordinator to join our team. As Digital Content Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our online presence strategy across multiple platforms to improve our marketing efforts. You will be working within the Communications department.

  • *Responsibilities Include**:
  • Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy across multiple platforms.
  • Plan and manage content for website, including new pages, updating current pages and improving user experience.
  • Coordinate website updates and changes with our web developer.
  • Oversee and manage Miracle Channel’s YouTube account with communications team.
  • Maintain & grow The Miracle Channel Association’s online platforms by continually monitoring content, analytics and implementing new strategies.
  • Work with the Communications team to complete objectives and quarterly target goals.
  • Report to and communicate with team on a daily basis.
  • Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
  • Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing.
  • Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization for a strong online presence.
  • Manage and set up paid social media ads for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok and Google when necessary.
  • Write short form copy for social media, website updates, and advertisements when required.
  • *Qualifications & Skills**:
  • Proficiency with all social media platforms and tools.
  • Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Pinterest, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, HubSpot and other social media best practices.
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices, Google Analytics, and web traffic metrics.
  • Strong creative writing skills with the ability to craft compelling content.
  • Experience in paid ad platforms is helpful.
  • Good understanding of social media KPIs.
  • Excellent multitasking skills.
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
  • Team player.
  • Good time-management skills.
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills.

Pay: From $34,320.00 per year
