Base pay range

$110,000.00/yr – $125,000.00/yr

Position Summary

We’re looking for a results‑driven marketing executive to actively engage customers, ensuring optimal service and higher satisfaction. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer, boosting satisfaction, retention, acquisition, and revenue through cross‑selling opportunities.

Major Responsibilities

Market new and re‑market renewal accounts.

Coordinate all aspects of the renewal marketing process with clients, prospects, service teams, and producers.

Provide program structure review and analysis.

Prepare account specifications, negotiate pricing and finalize policy conditions.

Prepare account proposals for presentation.

Perform cost‑benefit and needs analysis of existing and potential clients to meet their needs.

Prepare summaries to be presented with policies. Ensure policies are checked and presented in a timely manner.

Provide technical competence in coverage and current market conditions.

Explain and clarify coverage forms to prospects and clients.

Expand existing accounts by developing new coverage and designing innovative program structures.

Meet with clients along with producers/service team leaders to present renewal proposals.

Take on special projects as assigned.

Assist with account management when required.

Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.

Establish, develop, and maintain positive business relationships with customers, wholesalers, and carrier markets.

Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.

Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.

Maintain thorough documentation of each account with proper E&O procedures strictly followed.

Continuously improve through feedback.

Qualifications

8+ years of insurance experience is a plus.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent analytical, negotiating, marketing, and organizational skills.

Strong computer skills.

Pro‑cat insurance license required.

Insurance designations are desirable.

High competence with Applied EPIC, Indio, and CSR24.

Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.

Prioritizing, time‑management, and organizational skills.

Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience’s needs.

Relationship‑management skills and openness to feedback.

BS/BA degree or equivalent preferred but not required.
