Internship Opportunity: Leasing & Marketing Intern

Role Description

This is a paid internship role for a Marketing and Leasing Intern at Valiance Capital. As a Marketing and Leasing Intern, you will work on-site at our Berkeley, CA location. Your day-to-day tasks will involve assisting with leasing and marketing efforts, including coordinating events, social content creation, developing marketing materials, and supporting the leasing and marketing team in various administrative tasks. You will also play a key role in participating in multiple tabling events, outreach campaigns, and event promotion to help boost engagement.

Qualifications

• Interest in digital marketing, real estate, or marketing analytics
• Basic understanding of marketing concepts and social media platforms
• Commitment to excellent customer service
• Organized, dependable, and attentive to detail
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and Canva
• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field

Compensation

The compensation for this position is set at $19.18 per hour. The expected work schedule is 5-6 hours per day, 4-5 shifts per week for a total duration of 6 weeks. Success in this role may lead to growth opportunities within the company.
