osition Summary
As our Digital Marketer, you will execute and manage our digital marketing efforts — from social media, online ads, email campaigns, SEO/SEM to content creation — with the goal of increasing store sales and raising brand awareness locally and online.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and run digital marketing campaigns across social media, paid ads (e.g. Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram ads), email marketing, and our website. HRBlade+2Noble Desktop+2
- Create and publish engaging content (product photos, social-media posts, captions, promotions) tailored to our home-textile products and target customers.
- Manage and grow our social media presence: posting, interacting with customers, responding to messages/comments, building follower base. Indeed+1
- Use SEO (search engine optimization) and keyword research to optimize our website (if any) or online presence so local customers find us when they search for home-textile products online. Jooble+2Noble Desktop+2
- Monitor & analyze campaign performance (e.g. traffic, conversions, ad metrics) using analytics tools; use that data to improve campaigns and marketing spend. Noble
- Collaborate with store staff to coordinate online promotions and in-store events/sales; ensure digital marketing aligns with store's stock, promotions, and schedule.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, social-media best practices and tools, and suggest creative ideas for promotions, sales, or local outreach. Octaads Media+2Adaface+2
Qualifications & Skills
- Some experience (even 1–3 years) in digital marketing, social media, or online advertising — retail or e-commerce experience preferred. Jooble+2Cloudfront+2
- Familiarity with online marketing tools & platforms (e.g. Google Ads, Google Analytics, social media ad managers, SEO tools, email marketing tools). Jooble+2Noble Desktop+2
- Strong writing and content creation skills (copywriting, social-media captions, product descriptions). Indeed+2HRBlade+2
- Basic design/visual skills or ability to work with product photos — helpful for social-media posts, ads, product showcases. Indeed+1
