Position: Email Marketing Project Manager

Job Description

Experience and Technical Expertise

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience managing email marketing campaigns and lifecycle programs, ideally within a regulated industry such as banking, insurance, or asset management.
Proficient in enterprise-grade email service platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, Eloqua, or similar tools, with a strong understanding of platform capabilities including segmentation, dynamic content, and automation workflows
Demonstrated ability to translate business objectives into email strategies, including campaign planning, audience targeting, and performance optimization.

Creative and Journey Mapping Insight

Knowledge of how creative assets and copywriting influence user engagement and drive behavior across the email journey.
Experience managing nurture programs, triggered campaigns, and multi-step journeys that align with customer lifecycle stages and business goals.
Ability to collaborate with creative teams to ensure messaging consistency, brand alignment, and personalization across touchpoints.

Regulatory and Compliance Awareness

Proven experience working in compliance-sensitive environments, with a strong grasp of risk management protocols, legal review cycles, and data privacy regulations (e.g., FINRA, SEC, GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
Skilled in navigating internal review processes including stakeholder approvals, legal signoffs, and audit documentation.
Comfortable working with compliance teams to ensure all communications meet regulatory standards and institutional policies.

Project Management and Execution

Strong project management skills with the ability to lead multiple concurrent initiatives across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement
