Job Purpose
The job holder develops Techcombank's digital marketing activities to improve business efficiency, brand image, and customer digital marketing experience. Ensures proper operation, implementation, monitoring, and measurement of digital marketing activities across marketing channels.
Key Accountabilities
- Build a framework, processes, and effective management of digital marketing activities
- Develop a management framework for digital marketing activities within the Marketing Division and bank-wide units, focusing on efficiency, budget, and compliance.
- Develop digital marketing implementation and control processes.
- Manage the department's budget.
- Provide periodic training and guidance on digital marketing.
- Build an online/digital marketing database for analysis and decision-making.
- Develop processes to coordinate digital marketing implementation across departments.
- Manage execution of marketing activities on online channels based on strategies and customer data from various sources for the Trade, Brand, and Retail Marketing units.
- Establish a reporting framework to measure campaign effectiveness across online channels.
- Develop periodic reports on marketing program and campaign effectiveness.
- Support Brand and Retail Marketing activities on digital channels
- Develop and implement continuous communication plans on digital channels, including frequency, target audience, channels, and budget.
- Manage access frequency and optimize digital media resources such as Email, Website, Fanpage, Search, etc.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to build tools for collecting customer behavior data on digital media channels.
- Stay updated on new digital trends and propose solutions to develop and diversify digital marketing channels.
- Ensure digital marketing programs and campaigns are measured with metrics aligned with business goals.
- Continuously optimize program performance and campaigns based on a performance management framework, including setting evaluation criteria, testing, tracking, evaluation, and adjustment.
Other duties as assigned by the Director of Marketing Division and/or Senior Director of Digital Marketing Manager.

Success Profile - Qualifications and Experiences
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
Expertise
- Understanding of digital marketing and financial/insurance products/services.
- Strong understanding of strategy and budgeting.
Experience
- At least 10 years in marketing and communications, with a minimum of 5 years in digital marketing.
Foreign Language
- Business English proficiency as required for the role.
