Role Requirements for a Sales and Marketing Associate

• Communicate Frontier’s wireless, internet, and bundled solutions with clarity and enthusiasm, guiding confident product selection.
• Coordinate eligibility checks, documentation, and activation timelines to deliver smooth onboarding across all service tiers.
• Maintain CRM systems with accurate records of service milestones, customer preferences, and engagement activity to support retention.
• Manage scheduling, campaign tracking, and service delivery workflows to ensure timely activation of residential accounts.
• Respond to customer inquiries with urgency and professionalism using digital tools, resolving service issues in real time.
• Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot account challenges, align messaging, and recommend tailored service upgrades.
