As a Director, Guest Marketing - Holiday, you will lead a team of Marketers, leveraging your strong leadership skills to lead Holiday Marketing Strategy and Planning, providing oversight to concepts, nurturing ideas, and ensuring we have synergies and efficiencies to deliver integrated plans across the enterprise, while always evolving for the future. This role requires strong strategic acumen, deep curiosity, expert communication and problem-solving skills, team and enterprise leadership. Your ability to bring teams together to define future ways of working and multichannel playbook will enable smart innovation and learning for the full team.

About you

Four-year degree or equivalent experience
12+ years of related work experience, e-commerce experience a plus
Guest and consumer obsessed. Comfortable making data-driven decisions and exhibit high judgement in the absence of data.
Deep expertise in digital and social and demonstrated ability to deliver innovative go-to-market strategies and activations
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across functions and varying levels in the organization.
Demonstrated ability to work as part of a cross-functional team and willingness to take on responsibilities outside primary job description when necessary.
Proven team leadership skills that showcase the ability to direct and coach a team through transformation
Assertive, adaptable and demonstrates initiative in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.

This position will operate as a Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement based on Target’s needs. A Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team member’s core role will need to be performed both onsite at the Target HQ MN location the role is assigned to and virtually, depending upon what your role, team and tasks require for that day.
