What You’ll Do Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to fuel brand growth and awareness. Manage the marketing budget, ensuring resource allocation is efficient and ROI is maximized. Lead market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and growth opportunities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives. Drive customer acquisition and retention through targeted, innovative marketing campaigns. Measure and report on marketing performance, continuously refining strategies for improvement. Develops and executes strategic public relations initiatives to enhance brand reputation, manage media relations, and drive effective communication across key audiences. Create and maintain company newsletters and written articles to promote recent projects, company milestones, and community involvement. Research, prepare, and submit entries for industry awards to increase visibility and recognition for company's building achievements.
