You will play a key role in developing marketing strategies, managing campaigns, analyzing market trends, and implementing innovative marketing techniques to enhance our firm's growth and profitability. The ideal candidate will have experience in the financial services field and significant digital marketing knowledge.

Responsibilities

  • Create, manage, and execute digital marketing campaigns including email marketing, social media advertising, and search engine optimization (SEO) strategies.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to meet business objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Track, analyze, and report on marketing campaign performance to optimize results and return on investment (ROI).
  • Manage all social media presence and analytics.
  • Conduct market research to identify the latest trends, client preferences, and competitor activities.
  • Manage relationships with external referral partners.
  • Monitor industry trends and changes to identify opportunities for innovative marketing initiatives.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, finance, or a related field.
  • Prefer a post-graduate degree in marketing or communication, particularly strategic communication.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing strategic marketing plans.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing techniques and platforms.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation and client relationship management (CRM) tools.

Annual Salary Range

  • Director of Marketing, $100,000 to $140,000
  • Manager of Marketing, $50,000 to $75,000
