Purpose

As Senior Marketing Executive, you will lead the delivery, and optimisation of Snüz’s marketing activity across our global retail landscape. You’ll work closely with the Global Brand Manager, commercial teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to drive growth and deliver seamless execution across all markets.

This role requires a blend of commercial focus, analytical thinking and operational excellence.

A taste of what you'll be doing

  • Lead the always on retail marketing plans that align with brand positioning, category ambitions, and commercial targets.
  • Liaise with sales team to support territory goals and retailer-specific opportunities.
  • Monitor performance across territories and retailers, spotting trends and identifying opportunities to enhance visibility and drive conversion.
  • Deliver retailer marketing plans including promotional calendars, seasonal campaigns, new product launches and always-on trading activity.
  • Optimise ROAS, CPMs, and performance metrics across retailer advertising.
  • Own the analysis and reporting of BAU marketing activity, turning data into meaningful insights and actions.
  • Monitor category and competitor activity to inform proactive adjustments and tactical opportunities.

Skills & strengths

  • 4+ years’ experience in marketing within a retail brand / consumer focused business.
  • Experience activating promotions and managing marketing activity from planning to delivery and reporting.
  • Strong analytical mindset, comfortable interpreting data, identifying insights, and turning them into actionable recommendations.
  • Commercially minded, with an understanding of ROI, budget management, and performance metrics.
  • Exceptional organisational skills, able to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders with ease.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency across campaigns, assets, and reporting.
  • Excellent verbal & written communication, with the ability to influence, collaborate, and present effectively.
  • Positive, proactive energy with the ability to bring creative and tactical thinking together.
  • Agile, ‘can-do’ attitude, adaptable to switching between planning, reporting and hands-on execution.
  • Collaborative and supportive nature, thriving in cross-functional environments and building strong relationships across teams.
  • Technical: Confident using Microsoft Office (PowerPoint & Excel) with the ability to learn internal systems / retail media platforms / project management tools.
