Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and bilingual (Spanish-English) Social Media & Website Coordinator with previous dental experience to elevate our online presence and engage our community effectively. Duties

Develop, execute, and monitor social media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn to increase brand awareness and patient engagement.
Manage and update the company website with fresh content, ensuring all information is accurate, compelling, and optimized for search engines (SEO), updating before and after photos and team photos
Create engaging visual content using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite to support marketing campaigns and social media posts.
Conduct social listening to monitor online conversations about the brand and industry trends to inform content strategy.
Utilize Hootsuite, Buffer, and other social media management tools to schedule posts, analyze performance metrics, and optimize outreach efforts.
Implement Facebook Advertising campaigns targeting specific demographics to attract new patients and promote special offers or events.
Collaborate with the dental team to produce high-quality videos and photographs showcasing services, patient testimonials, or educational content.
Analyze web analytics using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to measure campaign success and identify opportunities for growth.
Engage in public relations activities by managing relationships with local media outlets and community partners to enhance brand reputation.
Proofread all content for accuracy, clarity, and professionalism before publication while maintaining consistent branding standards.

Skills

Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English is essential for effective communication with diverse audiences.
Proven experience in social media marketing strategies tailored for healthcare or dental practices.
Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Knowledge of SEO best practices including keyword research to improve website visibility.
Experience with social listening tools like Brandwatch or Mention to track brand sentiment online.
Familiarity with social media management platforms such as Hootsuite or Buffer for scheduling and analytics.
Ability to create compelling video content using video editing software; photography skills are a plus.
Knowledge of Google Analytics for tracking website performance metrics.
Excellent relationship management skills to foster partnerships within the community and media outlets.
Strong proofreading skills ensuring all content is polished, professional, and aligned with branding guidelines.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $24.96 - $30.06 per hour
