We are seeking a results-driven and detail-oriented Marketing Manager to oversee and execute strategies across CRMand Promotions. This role plays a critical part in driving customer engagement, retention, and acquisition, while ensuring the seamless integration of marketing campaigns and partnerships. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a proven track record in CRM strategy, affiliate management, and promotional planning.

The Marketing Manager will lead the strategic planning and execution of marketing initiatives across CRMand Promotions to drive customer engagement, retention, and acquisition. This role is responsible for developing and optimizing lifecycle marketing programs and coordinating cross-channel promotional campaigns that align with business objectives and enhance brand performance.

Working collaboratively with data, creative, and product teams, the Marketing Manager will leverage analytics and insights to refine targeting, maximize ROI, and deliver measurable growth. The ideal candidate combines analytical expertise with creative strategy, ensuring cohesive, data-driven marketing execution that supports both customer satisfaction and revenue expansion.

This role is based in western Canada.

Job Duties

Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

  • Develop and implement CRM strategies to optimize player segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and retention efforts.
  • Manage and optimize email marketing and mobile messaging campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives.
  • Build, schedule, and deploy campaigns through Optimove (or similar CRM platforms), ensuring timely and accurate execution.
  • Analyze player data and campaign performance to drive personalization and improve key metrics such as customer lifetime value (LTV) and churn rate.
  • Collaborate with internal and customer's data analysts to monitor CRM performance and generate actionable insights.

Promotions and Campaign Management

  • Plan, execute, and monitor promotional campaigns across multiple channels, including email, web, and social media.
  • Partner with creative, products, and analytics teams to deliver impactful campaigns that drive sales and engagement.
  • Ensure campaigns are aligned with business goals, brand guidelines, and customer expectations.
  • Tests and iterate promotional strategies to maximize effectiveness, utilizing A/B testing and other optimization techniques.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field or equivalent experience
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in CRM, affiliate marketing, and promotional management, preferably in e-commerce or digital industries.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Optimove, Salesforce)
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and measure ROI for campaigns and partnerships.
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience in creating compelling marketing copy and promotional content.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a collaborative environment.
  • Minimum 3 years of related experience
  • Experience in the online gaming (iGaming/iLottery) sector is a plus.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and analytics platforms like Google Analytics, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Knowledge of A/B testing tools and strategies to optimize marketing efforts.
