As a Customer Project Execution Business Analyst, you will lead business transformation and continuous process improvement through research, data analysis, and problem-solving. You will gather and translate customer and business requirements into digital solutions that enable standardized processes and deliver measurable value.
- Champion change initiatives by driving adoption among end users and addressing issues or concerns raised by the business community
- Collaborate in a cross-functional environment with business groups, IT teams, and end users to identify, document, and communicate business processes and requirements
- Take a leadership role in the SAFe/Agile development process to ensure alignment, integration, and deployment of customer and business requirements
- Work closely with users and stakeholders to define and prioritize requirements, ensuring consistency with established business processes
- Partner with team members to validate digital solutions that align with business strategies, standards, and policies
- Coordinate and lead user acceptance testing with business teams and end users
- Identify key areas for business transformation and process improvement
