Job Description

To enable effective execution of the ONE Sanofi Launch foundation, this Transformation Lead role focuses on upskilling the Sanofi organization by identifying key commercialization capability gaps, designing tailored learning journeys, and ensuring enterprise-wide adoption.

• This role will lead cross-functional assessments to identify change readiness and capability gaps, partnering with Learning & Development to co-create tailored change and learning journeys.
• The Transformation Lead will work with relevant partners to develop and implement change enablement programs integrating SILC digital capabilities, resources, and playbooks into training.
• This person will define key change management competencies and role-based capability profiles for different functions, ensuring consistency across teams involved in commercialization and launch processes.

The ideal candidate has experience in the US market, particularly in specialty launches within the pharma/biotech industry, and extensive experience in organizational change management and capability building.
