Email Marketing Manager

We run high-volume outreach using smart systems, data, and proven strategies—bringing serious results to serious businesses. We’re hiring an Email Marketing Manager to join our team in-office. If you're detail-obsessed, organized, and comfortable juggling multiple campaigns and clients, this could be a great fit. What You’ll Do: • Manage and optimize email campaigns for multiple finance-based clients • Upload and organize lead data for targeting • Communicate directly with clients via WhatsApp and email • Provide clear, accurate performance reports using Google Sheets • Review, edit, and transfer email copy to ensure clarity and compliance • Conduct spam tests and troubleshoot performance or deliverability issues • Monitor campaign performance and continuously improve results • Launch, test, and QA campaigns using our in-house software • Review daily reports and flag anomalies or wins • Keep campaign processes organized and on-track What We’re Looking For: • Strong writing and editing skills • Experience on the computer • Google Sheets proficiency and a love of data • Incredibly organized and detail-oriented • Excellent communication and client-facing skills • Comfortable using new software and learning quickly • Problem-solver who can think analytically and act independently Bonus Points For: • Understanding of email deliverability and spam filters • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms or CRMs What You Get: • In-office work with a consistent schedule: 10:30 AM – 6:30 PM, Mon-Thu • Growth opportunity in a results-driven, niche marketing firm • Hands-on experience with real client campaigns from day one • Collaborative, efficient, and performance-focused team culture Ready to join a fast-paced team and make an impact?
