Manager, Front-Office Transformation and Sales Operations

**Overview:**

We are seeking a Manager of Front-office Transformation and Sales Operations with a consulting background to join our Enterprise Strategy practice. As part of this role, you will draw from your experience and knowledge to contribute to the delivery of client projects, new opportunity pursuits, and take a consultative approach to growing strategic accounts. **Responsibilities:**

• Collaborate with other RSM practices to deliver client projects, including operating model design, business process design and improvement, and organizational digital and experiential transformation
• Help scale front-office transformation as a practice and set of disciplines, developing assets and expanding service offerings within RSM
• Analyze, develop, and document improvement opportunities, including business process mapping and technology implementation and training components
• Work on client projects, including process analysis, project management, and team collaboration
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with centers of influence and professionals
• Communicate effectively with client project teams, executive sponsors, and internal practice groups
• *Qualifications:**
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a consulting firm providing consulting services
• Experience consulting on large solutions-based projects, including Sales Technology, such as CRM systems
• Strong technical knowledge and experience with how sales functions leverage CRM systems to improve operations
• Technical knowledge of CRM-to-ERP in Lead to Order and Order to Cash processes
• Expertise in applying design principles and practices in developing creative solutions to client's complex challenges and market opportunities
