The opportunity

As an entry-level position to the Commercialization Technologies team, this job will provide support in a flexible manner for identified digital tactics, systems, strategies, analytics and may include administrative tasks. Channels include, but are not limited to, email, HCP Portal, web channels, SEM and SEO, social media and apps. This role will be fluid, have cross-functional accountabilities and will interact with various roles across the function, Chapter and Commercial organization.

  • Execute tactics across various platforms including social media, web, email, and portals in collaboration with digital partners
  • Partner with data scientists to track, report, and share digital performance insights with the broader business
  • Manage the review and approval of materials using tools like Veeva, ensuring adherence to PAAB, AODA, and internal compliance standards
  • Liaise with Legal and Procurement to manage vendor agreements and support the development of internal and external marketing materials
  • Identify opportunities to improve systems and processes while maintaining team resources like Google Sites and Drives
  • Work cross-functionally within the Commercialization Technologies team using Agile principles to deliver strategic work packages

Who you are

  • You are currently working towards a Masters in Biotechnology (Digital, Health and Technology Preferred)
  • Familiarity with a wide range of digital platforms, including email, web/portals, social media, and SEO/SEM
  • Ability to quickly master digital approval tools (like Veeva) and team collaboration platforms (such as Google Sites/Drives)
  • Capability to support data scientists in translating and reporting digital analytics insights to the business
  • Strong commitment to business processes, legal/procurement procedures, and regulatory standards like PAAB
  • A flexible, organized professional comfortable working in Agile environments and collaborating with diverse internal teams and external vendors

Additional Information

Location: Hybrid, Based in Mississauga (minimum 3 days in the office)

Hours: Full-time (35 hours per week) Internship

Length: This position is a 12 months internship (full-time 35 hours per week), and is expected to begin in May 2026.

This position is not eligible for relocation support.

The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of Canada is 55 744,00 and 73 164,00 of hiring range. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors as determined by the company.
