Ecommerce Sample Coordinator

We are looking for a detail-oriented Ecommerce Sample Coordinator to join our team in City of Industry, California. In this long-term contract position, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating sample management processes while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the retail industry's dynamic environment while enhancing customer experiences and maintaining brand integrity.Responsibilities:• Coordinate with the marketing team to establish and adhere to deadlines for photo shoot samples.• Develop and manage an efficient tracking system to monitor and organize all sample requests.• Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams, ensuring timely reporting and proper archiving of sample records.• Organize sample coordination for catalogs, mailers, and landing page assets.• Act as the primary point of contact for sample-related communication with photo, copy, and buyer teams.• Conduct daily quality assurance checks on site pages and assist with updates and verifications.• Identify and implement innovative opportunities to improve business operations.• Manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail.• Perform additional administrative duties as required to support team objectives.
