This role combines strategic business analysis with hands-on technical expertise to drive e-commerce performance, improve user experience, and support data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce systems, business intelligence, and programming, with a focus on delivering scalable and efficient solutions. Key ResponsibilitiesPlatform Management: Manage and optimize the AX - Hitachi E-commerce platform to ensure seamless functionality, performance, and user experienceBusiness Analysis: Gather and analyze business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and collaborate with stakeholders to align e-commerce strategies with organizational goalsData Analysis & Reporting: Utilize business intelligence tools to generate actionable insights, create dashboards, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for e-commerce operationsWireframing & Design: Develop wireframes and prototypes to support the design and improvement of platform
